Requirements We are seeking experienced trainers with industry expertise and a proven track record in delivering engaging Cisco training sessions. Responsibilities include: Delivering Cisco-authorized training in various areas. Applying real-world experience to enhance learning outcomes. Incorporating adult learning principles and instructional best practices. Collaborating with the Product Team for marketing initiatives. Qualifications: Current Cisco Certified Systems Instructor (CCSI) credential. Experience delivering Cisco courses. Certifications in CCNP Enterprise and Data Center tracks. Proficiency in courses like ENCOR, DCCOR, DCACI, DCID, DCCUS, DCIT. Highly Desirable: Accreditation in Cisco Security (e.g., SISE, SCOR). Accreditation in Cisco Service Provider (e.g., CLSOR). What will you do? Deliver Cisco training via instructor-led and virtual platforms. Use real-world experience to improve engagement and learning. Apply adult learning principles and instructional best practices. Support marketing initiatives with the Product Team. Experience Required: 35 years in networking or data center environments, with Cisco technologies. Experience training adult learners in classroom or virtual settings. Knowledge of Cisco hardware and software. Ability to simplify complex technical concepts. Familiarity with instructional design and eLearning platforms is a plus.
