We dont take ourselves too seriously but we do take our work seriously.What Youll Be Doing Day-to-DayProviding practical HR advice to managers and employeesManaging WorkCover and injury claims across multiple statesSupporting full-cycle recruitment ads, shortlisting, interviews, offers, reference checksDrafting employment contracts and managing onboardingSupporting managers with performance and disciplinary processesAssisting with large-scale workforce mobilisationsEnsuring compliance with employment law, policy, and best practiceHelping out wherever its needed because thats how we operate as a teamThere will also be the opportunity to travel interstate if/when required.About YouYoure not just good with people yougetpeople. You bring a solid foundation of HR experience and can confidently navigate a range of situations, from everyday advice to more complex HR issues. Ideally, youll bring:23 years experience in a generalist HR roleKnowledge of employment legislation, recruitment, and workers compensationExperience handling HR matters and supporting leadersExcellent communication skills and the ability to connect at all levelsStrong time management and multitasking abilitiesA team-focused attitude someone whos happy to jump in and helpA practical, down-to-earth mindset and a sense of humourBonus points if youve worked in a blue-collar or similar industry before!What Youll GetA genuinely supportive and fun team cultureFlexible working hours and the ability to WFH on occasionMonthly RDOAccess to our Employee Assistance ProgramSalary negotiable based on experience + 11.5% Super + company supplied vehicleAnnual performance and salary reviewsInterested?
