You will engage directly with customers to drive process improvements, lead forums and workshops, and coach Process Coordinators to build team capability and performance.Duties will include:Managing assigned processes to meet contractual obligations and service level agreements (SLAs)Meeting key deliverables and output milestones within deadlinesLeading and facilitating forums, workshops, and communities of practiceMentoring and providing constructive feedback to Process CoordinatorsDriving a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and collaborationComplying with organisational and customer standards, including health, safety, and security requirementsIdentifying and reporting breaches of guidelines and contributing to risk management practicesCompleting all mandated training within required timeframesABOUT YOUTo be successful in this role, you will have:Demonstrated experience in Process Management, specifically within Problem Management and/or Hardware & Software Asset ManagementWorking knowledge of ServiceNow, with the ability to navigate toolsets and workflows effectivelyITIL Intermediate Certification and SIAM Fundamentals/Professional accreditation (highly regarded)Strong customer engagement skills, with the ability to drive process improvement initiativesExcellent organisational, communication, and mentoring skillsA proactive approach to continuous improvement and innovationADDITIONAL INFORMATIONThis is a part-time position, offering flexibility across 2030 hours per week. Working days and hours can be tailored to suit the right candidate.
