Department: Digital Division: Digital Capabilities & Commercial Reference number: 12167 The Digital Capabilities & Commercial department is responsible for digital delivery capabilities, shared services, and governance including procurement, contracting, and data management. The Digital Contract Manager will support contract management in accordance with AEMOs framework, providing education, training, monitoring, and reporting to digital teams. Primary Tasks/Duties/Accountabilities Enhance contract management processes and procedures within the Digital team. Identify gaps, collect, and upload contracts and supporting documentation into management systems. Develop and maintain a contract lifecycle calendar for tracking expiries and renewals. Create and update documented processes for managing digital contracts. Provide training on contract management in line with procurement policies. Serve as the point of contact for contract management questions from digital teams. Experience and Knowledge Experience in procurement, contract administration, or related fields. Knowledge of procurement processes and contract management systems. Understanding of procurement principles, sourcing, and compliance. Experience with data entry, document management, and reporting. Education/Certificates Tertiary qualifications in commerce, accounting, business, or similar. Diploma in Procurement and Contracting. CIPS Level 2 or 3 certification preferred.
