Airswift is seeking a talented Contract Administrator to join our client''s team on a contract basis. As a Contract Administrator, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the full lifecycle of client contracts, ensuring compliance and driving efficiencies.Key Responsibilities:Subcontractor Coordination: Manage and coordinate subcontractor activities, ensuring timely and efficient execution of project tasks.Contract Administration: Oversee the administration of subcontractor contracts, including reviewing and negotiating terms, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.Invoice Management: Handle all aspects of subcontractor invoicing, including verification, approval, and processing of payments. Ensure accuracy and timely payment of invoices.Performance Monitoring: Monitor subcontractor performance against project milestones and deliverables, addressing any issues or discrepancies promptly.Documentation and Reporting: Maintain comprehensive records of subcontractor agreements, invoices, and performance reports.
