The Print Quality Specialist will be responsible for ensuring the quality of all printed materials produced by our client''s company. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with strong communication skills and a keen eye for detail.Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement quality control processes for all print materialsConduct regular quality checks on printed materials to ensure they meet company standardsIdentify and resolve any quality issues that arise during the printing processCollaborate with designers and printers to ensure all materials are produced accurately and to the highest qualityTrain and educate team members on quality standards and processesMonitor and analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement in the printing processCommunicate with clients to understand their quality requirements and provide solutions to meet their needsStay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in printing technology to continuously improve quality standardsQualifications:Bachelor''s degree in Printing Technology, Graphic Design, or a related fieldMinimum of 3 years of experience in print quality managementStrong knowledge of printing processes, materials, and equipmentExcellent attention to detail and ability to identify and resolve quality issuesProficient in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative SuiteStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and in a team environmentPrior experience in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment is preferredThis is a contractor position based in Melbourne, VIC.
