This role is pivotal in overseeing all aspects of turf and garden maintenance, client management, quality control, staff development, and compliance throughout this first-class facility.As our Turf Manager, you will collaborate closely with clients and internal staff to ensure that all turf wickets, outfields, surrounds, and gardens in this premier cricket facility are executed efficiently and effectively.Your extensive knowledge of first-class cricket turf management practices, combined with your strong organisational and leadership skills, will be key to your success in this role.Overview of the Role:In this position, you will be entrusted with maintaining the highest standards of turf management, ensuring that client requirements are met while fostering a positive team environment. You will lead a team of turf maintenance staff, supporting their development and ensuring compliance with relevant industry standards.About You:The ideal candidate for this role has a strong background in cricket curation and turf management, with demonstrated experience in leading staff, managing deadlines, and providing high-quality results to clients.
