Provide Customer Service for PHEV leader to identify and respond to customer queries using Zendesk, phone, chat, and email, along with overseeing operations. 25th April, 2025 The Company:A rapidly growing EV company focused on expanding into new emerging markets, committed to making the world a better place. About the role:Identify and respond to customer queries via Zendesk, phone, chat, and email. Report product issues and contribute to driving the performance of the Tier 1 helpdesk team. Duties/Responsibilities: Analyze, identify, and report product issues. Inform customers about new features and functionalities. Share feature requests and effective workarounds with team members. Chair regular internal and external meetings. Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved. Skills/Experience: Customer Support Specialist or similar support role. Experience with help desk software and remote support tools. Ability to multi-task. Nice to have: Experience with Zendesk, Salesforce, and Sitetracker is a bonus. Understanding of CRM systems.
