Supervising the Club Sports Program Officer and coordinating with the Bond Sport Recruitment Manager. Collaborating with various departments and student groups to develop sport programs. Reporting to the Director of Sport and managing additional casual staff during peak periods.This role requires occasional after-hours work and involves significant interaction with multiple stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of sport programs.About the personThe ideal applicant will have:A relevant tertiary qualification in Sport, Recruitment, or Event Management with experience in the sport, education, or recruitment/recreation fields.Highly developed problem-solving skills and ability to manage conflicting work demands.Strong communication and relationship-building skills, especially with university students.Excellent customer service skills, including high-level oral and written communication.Well-developed organisational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.We would also value:A current First Aid and CPR qualifications.Knowledge of and/or experience in a tertiary environment.An understanding of Work, Health, and Safety practices.A current Drivers Licence.Salary detailsThe salary for the position commences at $93,419.65 per annum, plus 12% superannuation.Additional informationPosition-related enquiries can be directed to Michael Collins, Director of Sport on micollin@bond.edu.auApplication and submission detailsFor further details regarding this appointment, please reference the Position Description and Selection Criteria.Applicants can apply using the Apply Now button.
