Based in Somerton, you will utilize your interpersonal and organizational skills to support sales performance, provide quality sales administration, assist with yard duties, and facilitate the movement of trucks for sale and delivery to customers.The role:Reporting to the Branch Manager and collaborating with the Sales and Administration teams, your key responsibilities will include:Processing sales orders accurately and promptlyRaising Purchase Orders and repair Orders in accordance with the Sales WorksheetManaging inventory through vehicle movement recordsProcessing supplier invoices timely and accuratelyCompleting online vehicle registrations and transfersClosing deals efficiently and accuratelyLiaising with internal stakeholders and managing customer expectations regarding delivery timelinesAssisting with the presentation of used inventory for sale and yard displayDriving and delivering trucks to transport between contractors and customersSupporting sales staff with trade appraisalsMaintaining the presentation of trucks in the yard for saleQualificationsWho we are looking for:The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build positive relationships with customers and suppliers. You should be detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable with numbers. Previous experience in sales administration or a similar role within an automotive dealership is preferred, but training can be provided. Familiarity with factory ordering systems and experience with Era Power are highly desirable. Knowledge of the commercial vehicle industry or mechanical aptitude is advantageous.
