We seek an enthusiastic, caring, and fun individual to join us.Purpose of the PostMaintain a safe, secure, and caring environment.Provide high standards of physical, emotional, social, and intellectual care for children in our setting.Work as part of a team to create an enabling environment where all children can play, develop, and learn.Build and maintain strong partnerships with parents to meet children''s needs.Duties and ResponsibilitiesEffectively deliver the EYFS, ensuring the individual needs and interests of children are met (in collaboration with team members).Keep records of childrens development and learning journeys and share these with parents, carers, and other key adults.Support all staff and contribute to a positive team environment.Develop and maintain strong communication and partnerships with parents/carers.Ensure a high-quality environment tailored to the needs of individual children, considering any disabilities, family cultures, and medical histories.Report concerns to the manager/deputy, respecting confidentiality at all times.Participate in out-of-hours activities such as training and staff meetings.Be flexible within the settings working practices, undertaking duties like domestic tasks, snack preparation, and equipment cleaning as needed.Work alongside the manager and team to ensure the settings philosophy is upheld.Read, understand, and adhere to all policies and procedures relevant to your role.Develop your role within the team, especially as a key person.Maintain confidentiality regarding children, families, and staff information.Uphold the high standards of the setting both in and outside working hours.Support nursery assistants, students, and volunteers.Ensure safety, hygiene, and cleanliness standards are maintained at all times.BenefitsWorking with us is exciting, challenging, and rewarding.
