As a Site Supervisor you will be responsible for running the site and managing staff. In this role you will be required to:Supervise a team of Grain Handlers to ensure that the site runs smoothly and efficiently.Assist the Site Manager and Area Manager in planning, resourcing receivables and out-loading of grain during both normal and peak season periods.Manage the grain receivals and outload in a safe and efficient manner.Follow and help to ensure others follow all OHS systems and procedures.Develop and maintain business relationships, specifically with growers and customers; and maintain awareness of local priorities and issues.Deal closely with internal and external customers.About your experienceThis role requires someone who is hands-on. The successful candidate will have prior experience in general labouring work in either agriculture, logistics, trades, or construction. They will also have experience managing a team.Candidates will also display:A loader ticket or an HR Truck licence will be beneficial.The capacity to work at heights and in confined spaces is essential.Ready to apply? / How do you apply?The next steps are easy!
