In this critical role, you will coordinate, review, develop, and implement quality assurance systems and processes across the company, ensuring the company meets internal standards and complies with food safety regulations.Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain and update quality documentation including HACCP, SOPs, and internal audits.Conduct routine inspections and audits to identify potential issues and implement corrective actions.Train staff in QA processes and food safety best practices.Liaise with external auditors and regulatory bodies during inspections and certifications.Ensure ongoing compliance with HACCP and other relevant food safety certifications and regulations. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry best practices and legal requirements.Maintain accurate and comprehensive QA documentation, including temperature records, product specifications, batch records, cleaning logs, and traceability files.
