We are well established, and we are growing.About the role:A new and exciting position was created in our Projects team, and we are looking for our next contracts superstar.Working closely to the Project Manager and reporting to the Contract Manager, this permanent, full-time position, is crucial to the delivery of our off grid Solar Power Systems for utilities.As Contract Specialist you will play a key role in ensuring efficiency. Attention to detail and organisation is necessary, as you will handle supporting and preparing reports and progress claims, as well as keeping track and record of technical communications with the client through our document control system. If on top of it you bring a team player approach and you like to work collaboratively, we want to hear from you!This role is based in our office/warehouse found in Bibra Lake. It is easily accessed via Stock Road or North Lake Road, with street parking available. Our diverse team creates a friendly workplace, so you can grow your full potential and a safe space.What you will do:Generate reports and collate data to produce regular and ad-hoc metrics reporting.Prepare claims under the guidance of the relevant formal leader.Organise technical and contractual documentation, ensuring correct registering in the document control register.Upload and download plans, maps, photos, in its respective versions as instructed by technical team in the system.Administer the mobilization bookings, ensuring the team is covered for accommodation and other requirements to travel.Process travel payments and reconcile invoices. Liaise with accounts to correct allocate costs.Prepare and request P.Os for services related to the contract as required.Contribute to timely reporting and fulfilment of requirements in accordance with the contract.Prepare and review notices, transmittals and other communications with high standards of professionalism and accuracy.Ensuring the services provided are consistent with commercially competitive standards for safety, quality, service delivery, and cost and customer satisfaction.Managing own performance and improving personal effectiveness.Support the broader team with administrative requests.What you will need to succeed (about you):High levels of accuracy and attention to detail.Strong organisational and time management skills, including the ability to manage competing and/or changing priorities and deliver to deadlines.The ability to communicate and interact positively with a wide variety of stakeholders with confidentiality and professionalism.
