Our client is a leading NFP organisation within the aged care sector. As they move forward with new technology and processes, we''re looking for a proactive and an experienced Finance Manager to join our team and contribute to an exciting period of growth and transformation.Reporting to the Head of Finance, the main responsibilities of this role include:Oversee all financial and accounting operations including general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and month-end/year-end processesDevelop, manage, and monitor budgets, ensuring resources are allocated efficiently and aligned with organisational prioritiesMaintain effective cash flow management to support operational stability and strategic investmentsEnsure compliance with all relevant financial regulations, standards, and reporting requirements, including statutory and tax obligationsPrepare accurate and timely financial statements, reports, and compliance documentation for internal and external stakeholdersProvide strategic financial analysis and insights to support executive leadership and inform key business decisionsLead, mentor, and develop the finance team, fostering a high-performing and collaborative work cultureEstablish and maintain strong relationships with financial institutions, auditors, and other key external stakeholdersMonitor and strengthen internal financial controls to safeguard assets and mitigate riskSupport long-term financial planning and ensure financial practices are aligned with the organisations mission and strategic objectivesThe successful candidate will be CA/CPA qualified and have a minimum of five years experience as a Finance Manager.
