Develop trusted relationships with business leaders and teams to deliver workshops, provide risk assurance advice, and control testing services. Role Responsibilities Support leadership of the Business Assurance and Strategic Support Team in providing control assurance services over critical operations and material service providers. Provide advice, subject matter expertise, and advisory services to line 1 risk and the business regarding critical processes, obligations, and changes. Complete assurance reviews across Material Service Providers Assurance Plans based on their criticality and risk. Provide control testing education, advice, and training to first-line risk teams and the broader business. Develop and execute controls assurance plans for Rest''s critical operations. Assist in identifying risks, controls, obligations, and regulatory changes impacting critical operations. Facilitate risk and control assessment workshops. Support the annual assurance attestation and reporting process to group executives and the board. Support the implementation of CPS230 and related business resilience practices. Qualifications Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline or equivalent experience. Experience in Risk and/or Compliance roles within financial services. Leadership experience in decision-making, setting priorities, and guiding teams and business leaders. Thorough understanding of Control Testing, Assurance frameworks, methodologies, and practices. Knowledge of business continuity management, operational resilience, and familiarity with CPS230. Understanding of business process architecture and risk management on processes.
