This role is crucial to ensuring the success of our builds, which vary in scope and complexity. We believe there is tremendous potential for growth in this sector, and we seek a dedicated professional to oversee the execution of these projects.With an established construction company providing systems and processes, you will also have full support from the administrative side of the business to assist with all aspects of the build process.The role:Daily site management and supervision, including managing and updating of schedules and forecasting, and ensuring trades deliver their scope efficiently and of high standards.Manage, mitigate and reduce risks and ensure safety standards are always upheld.Assist the PM with scheduling / cost allocationsCommunicate effectively with team members and trades on site, and our office and leadership teams.Manage relationships with clients and design team.Key Attributes:Extensive building knowledge and experience in high-end residential construction (minimum 5 years), passionate about building.Willingness to adopt the vision of the business and excited to add to Boom Builds collaborative culture.Proficient in basic computer software and construction management systemsStrong communicator and excellent problem-solver.Excited to take ownership of your role and the success of the project.Who Are Boom Build?Based on Sydney''s Northern Beaches, Boom Build is a multi-award winning residential builder that builds beautiful homes across Sydney.We pride ourselves on building stunning homes and providing our clients with an exceptional journey throughout their build.
