The OpportunityAs a Client Service Officer, working within our Personal Injury contact centre division in the Brisbane CBD, youll be the first person our clients speak with on their journey to seek justice from the adversity theyve experienced.You''ll work across a rotating roster between the hours of 7am and 7pm on a permanent basis, working Monday to Friday. In addition, this role is offered as a hybrid position, working a mixture of both in the Brisbane CBD office and from home.Please note that, due to the festive season, applications will not be reviewed until week commencing 6th January 2025.With empathy, adaptability and initiative, you will be a true champion of our group members by:Responding to a high volume of inbound calls and other communications, such as emails, social media messages and website enquiries.Cultivating strong relationships with our clients, through empathy and understanding, while interpreting their needs and assisting them on their journey to seeking compensation.Applying your keen eye to spot opportunities for improvement so that we can stay ahead of the pack and deliver the best outcomes for Shines client base.What youll bringWe truly care for our clients, and you will, too.
