The Company: A leading builder who has grown considerably over the past 5 years is now looking to expand their team. A formidable name in the WA market, known for their bespoke & innovative designs and quality workmanship. Due to continued growth and a strong pipeline of projects, they are seeking to appoint a Drafting Manager to their team. With a relaxed and supportive work environment, you will enjoy working on quality builds and be part of a great team that shares success. The Role: Supporting and managing a team of 5 Draftspersons as well as overseeing an overseas operation. Managing all aspects of single custom-designed homes and unit developments. Liaising with internal departments and external stakeholders. Having a solid understanding of different construction methodologies and R codes. Ability to forward plan and contribute at a senior leadership level. About You: To be considered for this opportunity, you will have the following skills and experience: Proficiency in ArchiCAD (essential). Experience in residential building (essential). 4+ years of experience working with a builder. Currently in a Drafting/Design Manager position (advantageous) or an experienced Draftsperson looking to step into a management role. What''s in it for you?
