If you love building strong relationships, delivering real results, and want to join a team that genuinely values innovation, collaboration and personal development - this could be the perfect role for you.What youll be doing:Managing and nurturing affiliate and partnership programs for a portfolio of clientsBuilding and maintaining strong relationships with clients, partners, publishers and platforms at all levelsDeveloping and executing strategies to grow and optimise program performanceCollaborating closely with internal teams to deliver integrated digital marketing strategiesForecasting, budgeting, and reporting on performance for your client portfolioStaying up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in affiliate marketingPresenting engaging performance insights, strategy updates, and recommendations to clientsWhat were looking for:2-3+ years experience in Affiliate Partnerships Marketing, or a similar roleStrong presentation, written and verbal communication skillsProven ability to manage client relationships and deliver strong performance outcomesHighly organised with strong attention to detail and time management skillsA proactive, independent worker who also loves collaborating as part of a teamExposure to affiliate networks, partnership platforms, and analytics tools is a plusProven experience in affiliate platform management (e.g. Impact, Commission Factory)A Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field (highly regarded but not essential)What Life At Reload Has To Offer YouReload Media is a leading digital marketing agency, with clients across multiple continents.
