This is your chance to join a supportive team where you can make a real difference.If you''re proactive, solutions-focused, and ready for your next challenge, apply now!This role is Monday to Friday 8.00am - 4.00pm or as agreed.What''s on offerEmployee share planEmployee Assistance Program (EAP)Plus other corporate benefitsWhat you''ll be responsible forEnsuring the successful implementation of key process change initiatives in the WRR liquid and hazardous wasteDevelop and implement communication strategies to keep all stakeholders, including employees, leadership, and regulatory bodies, informed about process changes, progress, and their impact.Assist in current billing and invoicing tasks to ensure smooth financial operations as and when required.Helping in migrating data and processes to the Future Waste Platform (FWP) and EchoMaintenance of SHEQ monthly calendar integrity & documentation currencyMaintenance of RapidGlobal contractor documentation for siteWork with the Kalgoorlie & MPW team (Virtually) to help the purchasing, contractor engagement, work flows, route planning and invoicing / billing.Reporting the non compliances, suggesting improvements to the Regional Manager and to the departments involved.Check and monitor if the appropriate actions have been taken to rectify the non compliances. This will specifically apply to the DWER tracking form maintenance, work instructions and other compliance mattersWhat you''ll need to be successfulDemonstrated experience in a similar role, ideally within the waste industry.A high attention to detailThe ability to remain calm, objective, thoughtful and professionally in the workplaceAn ability to take ownership of tasks and follow actions to completionCert III Business Administration or equivalent territory qualificationVeolias AlwaysSafe culture means that we care about the safety of people on our sites.
