The People & Culture Business Partner is responsible for partnering with clients and providing business leaders with generalist support on all employment-related matters, focusing on building a positive workplace to meet client strategies for the Field Force Sales team.You will thrive in a challenging, fast-paced, and high-volume environment and will have the opportunity to oversee and influence multiple projects within the team, adding value to our employer brand.Job DescriptionDuties and Responsibilities:Act as a trusted advisor for ER and IR related issues.Partner with various business units and stakeholders to develop and execute HR strategies aligned with business goals.Ensure sound knowledge of WHS legislation and national workers'' compensation across all states.Manage the Return to Work (RTW) process effectively.Prepare complex reports, submissions, and maintain appropriate records.Contribute to and assist in the development of L&D initiatives.Maintain HR best practices and ensure internal approval processes are followed.Create and implement policies and procedures.Manage the Annual Performance Review process.Coach and support leaders with performance management concerns.Handle WGEA annual reporting.Partner with clients to meet staffing requirements promptly.Oversee onboarding and offboarding processes, including updating organizational charts.Assist with recruitment activities, including preparing offer letters, position descriptions, and employment paperwork, ensuring records accuracy.Coordinate quarterly commission and annual salary review paperwork.Manage the CE team annual engagement survey, communicate results, and implement actions to address gaps.Analyze and report on the annual salary benchmarking process, providing recommendations.Serve as the main contact for Field Force team inquiries related to payroll, parental leave, policies, and entitlements, including award interpretation.Provide additional People & Culture support, such as social initiatives and general administration.Desired Skills and ExperienceQualifications and Experience:At least 4 years'' experience in a similar role, preferably within retail or a related environment.Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or Business are desirable.Experience with HRIS and payroll systems.Intermediate proficiency in Excel.Return to Work certification or willingness to obtain one.Proven experience in stakeholder relationship management.Skills and Capabilities:Influential with experience managing multiple stakeholder relationships at various levels.Effective communicator with a track record in coaching and mentoring.Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.Diplomatic in challenging senior management thinking.Problem-solving skills, both independently and collaboratively.Active listening skills to achieve optimal business outcomes.High emotional intelligence.Ability to work autonomously and maintain confidentiality.Strong organizational, planning, and negotiation skills with attention to detail.Adaptable, resilient, and agile, with effective time management skills. #J-18808-Ljbffr
