If you have a passion for strategic planning, market analysis, and providing actionable insights to drive business growth, this role is for you!Reporting into the Strategy Director, APAC, this is a permanent role based in Sydney, with a hybrid work model that supports flexibility. A 4-day work week may be considered for the right candidate. Candidates with less experience will be considered for the position of Strategy Manager, Pacific.ResponsibilitiesLead strategy planning across Australia and New Zealand, collaborating with functional leadsPartner with internal teams to assess commercial challenges and identify growth leversConduct in-depth market research and competitor analysis to inform decisionsPrepare and present business cases for strategic investments and product opportunitiesCoordinate with Finance, Sales, Marketing, and Technology teams to align strategic prioritiesSupport budgeting, forecasting, and reporting requirements for the Pacific regionContribute to M&A evaluations, partnership development, and post-deal strategy executionRequirementsA degree in Business, Finance, Economics or a related field (MBA desirable)5+ years experience in corporate strategy, management consulting, or 2+ years post-MBA strategic rolesProven analytical and commercial acumen with the ability to turn insight into impactStrong project management skills and confidence navigating ambiguityExcellent communication skills and stakeholder engagement experienceFamiliarity with the ANZ legal or professional services market (preferred)M&A or partnership exposure (desirable)Work in a way that works for youWe promote a healthy work/life balance across the organization.
