Develop and implement strategies to attract new clients and expand the customer base. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients. Develop and execute strategies to achieve revenue targets and business objectives. Prepare costings for potential clients. Assist in preparing and presenting tender proposals. Attend industry events and conferences to promote services and network. Monitor and analyze business development performance for continuous improvement. Qualifications & Skills Proven experience in business development, sales, or similar within the cleaning industry is highly desirable. Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to develop professional relationships and networks. Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies. Self-motivated with a results-driven approach. Strong organizational and time management skills. Intermediate computer skills: Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams. Why Join Us?
