If you relish in the opportunity to find a solution for a problem and are an ERP whiz (specifically Netsuite) then this will be the role for you! Youll answer calls and emails, responding quickly to all inquiries, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty.What You''ll Do:Monitoring and actioning customer inbound phone calls, emails and digital platform enquiries ensuring all are handled in a timely manner.Supporting our BDM sales team with over-flow order processing including new account opening orders and other customer order updatesProcessing customer orders and handling customer inquiries, including product or service-related queriesAssisting with order delivery tracking and liaising with the customer, warehouse contact, or sales rep regarding any freight or logistics inquiriesOversee and complete daily processes as required including Order Fulfilments, Returns and Credits, Order Releases and other tasksWhat were looking for:To be successful in this role, youll need to enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and have a minimum 2 years'' experience in a Customer Support Officer role using NetSuite or similar Oracle ERPOther important skills and experience include:Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and writtenProblem-solving and decision-making skills to handle customer issuesCustomer-oriented and results-driven mindset, to ensure customer satisfactionKnowledge of customer service best practicesAbility to work under pressure, multitask, prioritize tasks and follow set proceduresAttention to detail and accuracy in handling customer data and recordsInitiative for process improvements and other efficienciesWhy You''ll Love Working at O&M:Immerse yourself in a brand that is committed to original thinking and is changing the hair care game with clean, high-performance products.Join a fun, passionate and supportive team that values your contributions.Generous product discount and staff hair days.Additional leave (Be-me leave) for personal wellness and self-care.Fun team events to foster collaboration.If you are ready to join our team, then please send your resume and cover letter outlining why you feel this role is right for you.
