Marketing AssistantWe are seeking applications for a passionate and driven Marketing Assistant to join our high performing Marketing team. You will have strong administration, communication and systems skills with an interest in marketing and communications.Reporting to the Senior Property Marketing Manager, the Marketing Assistant provides administrative support, takes ownership of, and coordinates marketing activities. This involves liaising with internal and external stakeholders to ensure that information is accurate and consistent with the Goodman brand.Key Responsibilities:Creating and updating property listings for the Goodman website, property microsites and online advertising portal.Coordination of the monthly agent vacancy portal (Deal Finder), including tracking and reporting results.Writing brochures, web copy and internal communication pieces.Creating EDM campaigns to send to customers and agents.Assisting to create and edit information memorandums, brochures, proposals for the Australian portfolio.Assisting to organise events including creating invites, managing RSVPs, managing catering requirements, access to site, following up on communications and attendance.Responsible for promotional items including ordering items, liaising with suppliers, artwork, and managing stock levels.Tagging, saving and uploading images to Goodmans image library.Helping to create content for Goodmans intranet the greenroom.Processing POs and invoices related to marketing.About You:Minimum one years experience in an administrative, support, or marketing role.Digital marketing experience (or strong interest with an ability to learn quickly).Exposure to website CMS - i.e. Sitecore, WordPress or similar.Proficient in email platforms such as Campaign Monitor, Mail Chimp or similar will be looked upon favourably.Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to prioritise workload and work with minimal supervision.Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate confidently and professionally via phone and email.Initiative to manage day-to-day tasks, and an eye for process improvement.Ability to work as part of a team by sharing knowledge and providing support and assistance when needed.Attention to detail and a proactive attitude.The Benefits:Campus style office The Hayesbery (flexible work locations including working from home).Study assistance for postgraduate and undergraduate courses.Professional Membership.Training and development programs.Discretionary bonus scheme.Eligibility to participate in Goodmans share option scheme.A wellness program that focuses on health and wellbeing including but not limited to exercise classes, meditation, yoga, social events, exclusive discounts, cooking classes and more.About Goodman:Goodman is a provider of essential infrastructure.
