Youll work closely with commercial leaders and cross-functional teams, defining sales targets, analyzing data, improving systems, and ensuring operational excellence throughout the revenue cycle.This role is based in Melbourne or Sydney.Responsibilities:Target setting and incentive designTranslate the company business plans and top-level KPIs into targets for various commercial teams, develop effective incentive schemes, and measure the attainment.Process Optimization:Evaluate and improve workflows across Sales, Account Management Marketing, and sales-related aspects of Operations to enhance productivity.Identify bottlenecks in revenue operations and recommend actionable solutions.Data Analysis & Reporting:Monitor and analyse key performance metrics, providing actionable insights to leadership.Create and maintain dashboards to track revenue performance, pipeline health, and customer trends.Launch of new products:Support operationalisation of new product launches through building sales infrastructure (target lists, progress tracking, removing bottlenecks etc.)CRM & Revenue Systems Improvement:Work with the commercial leaders and our systems team to identify, advocate and help scope the improvements of revenue systems (Salesforce, Outreach etc. ).
