About the roleWe are seeking a Rural Products Sales Representative to join our close-knit Cranbourne team on a permanent part-time basis. Working closely with the wider Branch team, you will provide customers with technical and product advice on a range of products. Your rural product knowledge and passion for delivering exceptional customer service will enable you to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, including identifying new product opportunities both in-store and during feed deliveries. Supported by the Elders network, you will be provided with the tools necessary to grow in your career.ResponsibilitiesProvide exceptional customer service and accurate product knowledge in-store, on farm, and over the phone.Ensure the presentation of the Rural Products store is organized and tidy.Manage stock levels, maintain accurate inventory records, and optimize product availability.Accurately quote and process customer orders, ensuring timely delivery and invoicing.Implement effective stock control measures, including regular stock takes, rotation, manufacturing, and processing.Coordinate and assist with the storage, handling, receiving, and dispatching of stock.About youTo succeed at Elders, you have:Previous experience in a retail environment, preferably with agricultural products.A strong understanding of agricultural seasonal fluctuations, products, and market trends.Proficiency in using the Microsoft Office suite and operating POS systems.Current MR license, forklift license, and Agsafe accreditation (or willingness to obtain).A passion for providing high-level customer service and strong communication skills.About AIRRAIRR is proud to be part of Elders, the last Australian-listed major agribusiness.
