Job Title: Soft Facilities Senior Supervisor Band 4Location: Based at Arbroath Infirmary and Whitehills HCCCThe Senior Supervisor is responsible for the day-to-day management of the Soft Facilities Department (Domestic, Linen & Laundry, Portering) within Angus Locality Hospitals.Post holder will ensure services are provided according to the agreed standards and within the specified financial targets, maintaining strict monitoring procedures for all services.You must have the ability to work as part of a team or independently, possess effective communication skills, and respond constructively to unpredictable situations.
