We aim to make a positive impact on our people, communities and environment, every day.About the roleThe Organisational Effectiveness Manager plays a critical role in designing, delivering, and evaluating high impact leadership development programs grounded in evidence-based practices. This position plays a critical role in building leadership capability in current and future leaders across the organisation, while driving measurable improvements in talent development, succession planning, and retention.Key responsibilitiesTo succeed in the role, you will: Design and deliver cutting-edge, evidence-based leadership development programs tailored to emerging, mid-level, and senior leaders. Facilitate engaging, high-impact learning experiences, both in-person and virtually. Evaluate programs using proven methodologies (think, ROI models) and show how leadership development drives business outcomes. Partner with HR and senior leaders to shape talent strategies, close capability gaps, and strengthen succession pipelines. Drive talent retention by aligning leadership development with career progression, engagement, and internal mobility. Lead innovation in learning with modern tools, organisational psychology, behavioural science, and inclusive practices.Skills & experienceTo thrive in the role, you will have these desired skills and experiences: Experience as a Senior Organisational Development practitioner working in complex and matrixed organisations. Proven experience in evidence based instructional design, facilitation and program evaluation. Strong facilitation, coaching and stakeholder management skills. Demonstrated success in measuring leadership development ROI and translating findings into actionable strategy. Knowledge of career development frameworks and best practices in leadership growth. Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to influence across all organisational levels. A proactive problem-solver, always eager to tackle challenges head-on. Familiarity with tools such as Korn Ferry, LSI, Hogan, 360s and LMS/LXP platforms.Qualifications Bachelors degree in psychology or human resources with a major in Psychology Masters degree in Organisational Psychology (preferred)At EVT, we want our people to experience our businesses and be brand and experience advocates.
