This role requires excellent communication skills and a genuine dedication to athlete development.About YouWere seeking a passionate, skilled coach with the drive to help athletes grow and succeed as part of a high-performing team.Proven swimming coaching experience, ideally at a competitive level.Strong leadership and communication skills.Ability to design and execute impactful training programs.In-depth knowledge of the sports technical and tactical elements.The successful candidate must hold:A current, valid Working with Children Check.CPR and First Aid certifications.Teacher of Competitive Swimming / Towards Competitive Strokes certification.SCTA (Swim Coaches & Teachers Australia) Development Accreditation (formerly Bronze) or higher OR must be willing to obtain within the first six months of employment.For a full list of qualifications and desirable certifications, please refer to the attached Job Description.We are looking for someone who is committed to fostering a positive team environment and has the ability to connect with swimmers of all levels.
