Youll oversee everything from strategic fit-outs to complex new builds and critical site upgradesmanaging individual projects valued up to $10 million.This is a high-visibility role for someone who thrives in fast-paced, live environments and takes pride in delivering quality, on-time, and on-budget outcomes. If youre a confident communicator, skilled at managing contractors and stakeholders alike, and ready to take ownership of major infrastructure initiatives, this is your next step.What Youll Be DoingManage the full project lifecyclefrom planning and design to final delivery and handoverControl budgets, forecasting, invoicing, and financial reportingLead on-site activities and subcontractor coordination, ensuring safety and compliance across the boardDrive delivery excellence through strong stakeholder engagement and proactive risk managementMonitor key milestones, manage scope changes, and report progress to executive stakeholdersWhat Youll BringTechnical ExpertiseProven experience managing construction projects in live, operational environmentsStrong understanding of brownfield works, fit-outs, and capital upgradesSkilled in contract negotiation and management with vendors, consultants, and tradesKnowledge of QA systems, WHS legislation, and environmental complianceProficiency in MS Project, Excel, and broader Microsoft Office suiteQualificationsDiploma or degree in Project Management, Construction Management, or related fieldCertificate IV in Occupational Health and Safety (or equivalent experience)Current White CardWhy Choose BGIS?At BGIS, we dont just build infrastructurewe build careers.
