Key Responsibilities:Sales Support: Provide administrative support to the sales team by providing audience data, formatting, and supporting the build of proposals.Order Management: Enter campaign/ad schedule details into the order management system, manage availability according to the requirements of the sales team, ad agency, and advertiser across all product suites Broadcast Radio, DAB+, Streaming, Podcast, Display, and new products ARN onboard. Review and approve orders generated from our Regional Sales team.Reporting: Generate reach and frequency reports, pre- and post-broadcast times, air checks, and compile post-campaign reports as requested.Ad Operations: Coordinate the delivery of broadcast ads, ensuring timely and accurate delivery to clients.Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with ARN, responding to queries and resolving issues promptly.Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of ad delivery and client interactions.Regional Order Acceptance: Approve and accept all bookings from the regional order management system.Reporting and Analysis: Provide regular reports and analysis on sales performance, ad delivery, and client trends.Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and productivity.Collaboration: Work closely with ARN teams (Radio Ad Ops, Digital Ad Ops, and Trading Teams) to maximize revenue and availability.Sales Support Tools: Utilize ARN''s intranet and commercial collateral drive to support sales in finalizing market racing proposals in PowerPoint.Software Knowledge: Possess excellent knowledge of software systems including Aircheck, Aquira, Fusion, eRam, Audacity, Radio Matrix, Salesforce, Clear Decisions, Ad Views, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.Additional Duties: Perform adhoc duties as directed. #J-18808-Ljbffr
