About The Role The Account Management team is composed of problem solvers and optimizers focused on client growth. As an Account Manager, you will manage over 100+ accounts, working to optimize their online booking experience and foster long-term partnerships, especially in markets including Thailand. Your responsibilities include proactively suggesting growth strategies, addressing client requests, analyzing data, conducting digital audits, and collaborating with stakeholders to improve client outcomes. You will also promote upselling of services like SEO, PPC, and website solutions. What Youll Do Here Build and nurture relationships with over 100+ clients, aiming for long-term partnerships. Assist clients in adopting FareHarbor software and communicating updates. Analyze data to identify trends and develop business strategies. Conduct digital audits to enhance online conversions. Act as a business consultant, presenting growth plans to clients. Become an expert on FareHarbor to resolve client issues. Collaborate internally and externally to meet client needs. Meet revenue targets through upselling and promoting demand solutions. Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, maintaining professionalism under pressure.
