Salary $125, 693 - $138,510 plus employers superannuation and annual leave loadingYour roleSupport the development, implementation and ongoing management of the DCJ Asset Management framework, along with associated documentation related to the NSW Public Sector Asset Management Policy and strategies to support Whole of Government infrastructure strategies both short and long term.What youll doThis role plays a key support function in asset management, assisting the Senior Manager Asset Planning in improving planning, prioritising interventions, and guiding investments based on operational needs, asset criticality, and risk.You will be required to:Assist in the preparation, and review of documents associated with the annual Attestation and Asset Planning submissions related to the NSW Public Sector Asset Management PolicyUndertake tactical asset planning activities that support the delivery of customer focussed services to maximise use and benefits of DCJ assetsUndertake analyses, prepare reports, presentations and programs of work associated with continual improvement of asset management practicesReview and monitor asset management processes, systems, resources, related policies and capabilities to optimise the delivery and performance of assetsContribute to asset management good practice via the Stronger Communities Cluster Asset Management Community of PracticeEstablish and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.What were looking forExtensive experience in the application of ISO 55000 series (Asset Management)Alignment with ISO 55001 standard and corporate objectives in the management of assets over their lifecycleExperience in managing complex and dynamic projectsTertiary qualifications and or demonstrated experience and knowledge in the application of asset management standards and practices at strategic and tactical levelsStrong written and communication skillsProficient use of Microsoft Office applications.If you are viewing this ad in Seek and wish to apply via their portal, you will be required to either set up a profile or login via your existing Seek account.To apply directly via the DCJ Careers site click here .
