We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Retail Manager to oversee operations and ensure an excellent shopping experience for our customers.Key Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day store operations and ensure smooth workflow. Lead, train, and motivate staff to deliver excellent customer service. Oversee stock management, inventory control, and merchandising. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company policies. Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to increase revenue. Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and conflict resolution. Coordinate with suppliers to maintain stock levels and introduce new products. Manage rosters, budgets, and operational efficiency.Requirements: Previous experience in retail management (preferably in a supermarket or Indian grocery store). Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and customer service abilities. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
