This is a unique opportunity to join a team that valuesautonomy, purpose-driven practice, and genuine work-life balance.What You''ll Be DoingDelivering psychological therapy and behavioural support services to NDIS participants across varied age groups and presentationsConducting comprehensive functional behaviour assessments to identify the underlying causes of behaviours of concernDeveloping and implementing NDIS-compliant Positive Behaviour Support Plans, including strategies to reduce restrictive practicesCoaching and training families, caregivers and support workers to implement interventions confidently and consistentlyCollaborating with support coordinators, allied health professionals, schools and disability services to ensure holistic, person-centred careMaintaining accurate clinical documentation, behaviour support reports, and progress updates in line with best practice and NDIS standardsParticipating in supervision, peer mentoring, and optional team development daysWhat We''re Looking ForRegistration as a Psychologist with AHPRAandregistered as a Positive Behaviour Support Practitioner Core or aboveunder the NDIS Commission.Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing Behaviour Support PlansExcellent interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectively with families and multidisciplinary teamsStrong report writing skills and attention to detailAbility to work independently, manage a mobile caseload, and thrive in a flexible, self-directed environmentA current WA Drivers Licence and reliable vehicleCurrent (or willingness to obtain) WWCC and NDIS Worker Screening CheckWhat We OfferAt Sigma Therapies, we are committed to creating asupportive and nurturing environmentwhere our employees can thrive.
