As an Associate Manager, youll be responsible for drafting or editing compliance-led correspondence, product updates, change management communications, website content, Help Centre articles for financial advisers, non-advised and advised clients, as well as internal FAQs to support business readiness. Youll coordinate stakeholder review and manage internal approvals, ensuring communications comply with legal, risk, and other internal and external regulations and policies, including legal signoffs, DAS audit trail, spam legislation, etc. Additionally, youll oversee data extraction for communications, run them through internal data tools to ensure production-readiness, and perform final quality checks on data output and copy. What You Offer 5 years experience in product communications within financial services, including a solid understanding of the wealth management regulatory and legislative landscape. Passion for writing and editing, with the ability to translate complex content into simple language while retaining brand and tone. Strong version control management, record-keeping skills, and attention to detail. Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities. Experience overseeing the production of emails and letters under tight deadlines. A desire to work smarter, improve customer experience, reduce costs, and minimize risks.
