We partner with many of Australias most iconic businesses, Local, State & Federal Government entities, and Not-For-Profit bodies.Specialising in Education, Civic & Culture, Accommodation, Health/Aged Care, Sports & Recreation, Justice, Retail, Industrial, Aviation, Roads, Rail and Ports sectors, were dedicated to delivering extraordinary outcomes by converting visions to reality, in an innovative and sustainable way.Role DescriptionWere looking for a Senior Project Manager to oversee the delivery of high profile projects across the social infrastructure space.These are complex, sophisticated projects, providing you with the opportunity to work with highly respected clients and catapult your career ahead of your peers very quickly.Because of the nature of these projects, your soft skills, attitude and aptitude are just as important as your technical abilities in Construction and Contract Management.Due to the location of these projects, there is a requirement for weekly travel to regional NSW.Joining as part of our Sydney office, youll be responsible for:Business case preparation and scoping of works.Managing the design, tender and procurement processes.Engaging with contractors and consultants.Managing the technical construction/delivery phase of the project.Fostering relationships with key stakeholders, providing regular updates and reports as required.Overseeing contract management, variations and claims.Candidate ProfileTo be successful in this role, youll need demonstrated experience as a Client-Side Project Manager, or have building consultancy experience.You could be a Project Manager looking to take your first steps into a Senior Project Management role, or be an established Senior Project Manager already.Youll also need:Experience delivering social infrastructure projects such as Education & Health, with GC21 contract experience.The ability to understand the big picture of what the client is trying to achieve with their project the reason for the project is critical to the success of the business.Strong communication skills and an ability to build rapport with stakeholders.High attention to detail and a customer-focused mindset.Experience with design and construction phases of projects.A willingness to work as part of the Project delivery team, to deliver outstanding outcomes for clients.Qualifications in Project Management, Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Construction, or related discipline.Whats In It For YouAs a Senior Project Manager at RPI, youll receive:The ability to broaden your project expertise we offer a range of projects across multiple sectors, giving you access to the full Infrastructure spectrum.Phenomenal support from our talented leadership team youll play an integral part in shaping the further development of our business.A hybrid working environment, with high levels of autonomy and flexibility.
