At Possability Group, were on the lookout for an experienced and visionary Salesforce Product Owner to take charge of our Salesforce-based Lumery Platforma system at the heart of supporting our disability services.Why You''ll Love This Role:As the Salesforce Product Owner, you''ll be the voice of innovationcollaborating closely with stakeholders, leading cross-functional teams, and ensuring our platform grows in alignment with our mission. You''ll also drive continuous improvement, foster ethical data practices, and make a real difference by supporting the teams that support people living with disabilities.Key Responsibilities:Define and Own the VisionDevelop and maintain the product roadmap for the Salesforce-based Lumery PlatformEnsure strategic alignment with Possabilitys business objectives and NDIS service needsLead Collaboration Across the OrganisationEngage with internal stakeholders including the NDIS Leadership Team, Marketing, and Finance to gather insights, define priorities, and align goalsAct as the voice of the NDIS Team, ensuring the platform reflects their needsWork closely with Technology leaders including the CTO, CISO, Head of Infrastructure, and Head of Data Systems to ensure cohesive system design, security, and data flowCollaborate with external Salesforce partners, vendors, and retained service providers to deliver efficient and scalable solutionsDeliver and Optimise the SystemLead cross-functional Agile teams (developers, analysts) to build, enhance, and support the Lumery PlatformManage and prioritise the product backlogensuring transparency, clarity, and alignment with business prioritiesProvide hands-on Salesforce development and support when neededChampion Innovation and Continuous ImprovementPromote the adoption of new tools, models, and methodologies to drive platform capability and business valueIdentify opportunities to enhance system performance, integration, and user experienceFoster a culture of ethical and secure data useWhat You Bring:5+ years in Salesforce Admin, Developer, or Architect rolesSalesforce certifications (Admin, Dev, or Architect)Strong understanding of third-party integrations, especially AzureAgile methodology experienceExcellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder engagement skillsA Masters in Information Systems or related field (preferred)Experience with Databricks, Microsoft Data Factory, Azure Datalake, and SQL (preferred)What We Offer:A chance to lead transformational work in the disability sectorSalary Packaging of up to $15,900 and an entertainment cardA supportive and innovative team cultureOpportunities for professional growth and impactHow to Apply:All applications must be submitted online.
