Our teams collaborate and support one another to achieve individual, team, and firm-wide goals.Backed by a national team of over 400 staff in Brisbane, Sydney, and Canberra, McCullough Robertson is a large firm with a collaborative culture.The RoleWe are recruiting a high-performing and enthusiastic front-end lawyer to join our renowned Sydney Construction practice.This role offers a fantastic opportunity to advise on a broad spectrum of construction and infrastructure-related matters, including project agreements, design and construct agreements, facilities management contracts, and standing offer deeds.You will work with clients such as developers, contractors, airport operators, shopping centre developers, and on infrastructure, commercial, residential, industrial, demolition, and remediation projects. As a trusted adviser, you will provide commercial advice on drafting and negotiating contracts, documentation, procedures, and contract administration, as well as assisting with contract administration issues, commercial wrap-ups, and construction disputes.ExperienceThe ideal candidate will be a skilled and enthusiastic lawyer with a minimum of two years post-admission experience. You should have industry knowledge, a passion for construction, and a desire to develop a long-term career in this area.
