This role offers exposure to diverse asset classes including Residential Land, Town Centre development, and medium-density housing. Based from our Perth Head Office, the role provides flexibility to work across the CBD, project sites, and remotely.Key ResponsibilitiesFinancial Oversight: Develop and maintain financial models for current and future projects, ensuring fiscal responsibility.Sustainability Leadership: Implement the Residential Sustainability Policy at project levels, promoting environmental stewardship.Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.Project Management: Oversee projects from inception to completion, ensuring all phases are executed effectively.Market Analysis: Monitor market trends and develop strategic relationships.Candidate AttributesExperience in multi-disciplinary teams with a collaborative approach.Proficiency in project planning, cost control, and risk management.Extensive development management experience, especially in residential land or similar sectors.Exceptional stakeholder management skills.Strong commercial acumen with forecasting and financial expertise.Customer-focused decision-making.Self-motivated, results-oriented, with a proactive attitude.Degree in a relevant discipline.What We OfferAt Stockland, we provide diverse professional development opportunities, flexible work arrangements, and an inclusive culture.
