Helping us bring these technologies to the market is a global network of channel partners, including distributors, systems integrators, and resellers, who are supported by the Global Channel Excellence team.Due to the growth opportunities in this market, we have an opening for aSenior Channel Operations Specialist who will own the execution of the channel partner program inthis region/country.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and represent a point of view on channel priorities, program competitiveness/attractivenessto regional partners and on opportunities to support regional commercial objectives through improvements in program structure and execution.Own thedelivery of the Channel Partner Programto the region/country channel partners.Ensure regional channel partner footprint isaligned to strategic plan and AOP objectives, including vertical and geographic coverage. Propose changes where needed to ensure alignment.Execute competitive program analysisin partnership with regional commercial teams. Suggest and implement regional program improvements to continuepositioning HON as the preferred partner.In partnership with regional and line of business channel marketing teams, will execute strategies to support channel growth KPIs, including growth in Marketing Development Funds (MDF) usage and ROI, partner engagement and retention metrics, and rebate program design.Generatechannel insights for the region/countryand represent it in monthly channel team reviews with functional and business leadership.Drive annualpartner tier alignment and program launchesfor the region.Implement initiatives to driveadoption and usage of digital program tools, such as the partner portal, positioning and reinforcing it as a value-added program benefit.YOU MUST HAVE6+ years of overall experience in marketing, sales, commercial operations or excellence, preferably within channel-focused industries or companiesProfessional Skills / KnowledgeBachelors degree from an accredited university or collegeThe ability to build influence executive leaders and build consensus across various functional groupsStrong interest in driving commercial growth in complex business environments and large matrixed organizations.Experience working directly with or for Channel businesses or customersExcellent communication skills, both written and verbalSelf-motivation and self-managementWho We AreThe Future Is What We Make It at Honeywell.
