The firm has seen consistent growth and is now seeking a senior Family Lawyer to lead their Family Law Divisionoffering an exceptional leadership opportunity within a respected and collaborative environment. About the position: Family Lawyer Our client is seeking a seasoned Family Lawyer to step into a Division Head role and lead their dedicated family law team. This is a strategic leadership opportunity for a senior practitioner who enjoys mentoring others, driving business development, and delivering exceptional client outcomes. Youll oversee a talented family law team including a Junior Lawyer and two Paralegals, managing a high-quality mix of parenting, property, divorce, and domestic violence matters. This role offers reduced billable targets (approx. 4.33 per day) to allow time for business development, team management, and strategic input into the firm''s future growth. This position is ideal for a Senior Associate or Special Counsel - Family Lawyer ready to step into a leadership role, or an existing Partner seeking a new challenge with genuine influence and autonomy.
