You will be an integral part of that journey.Weve recently welcomed a new Executive General Manager Pre-Contracts, Marshall Davert. Marshall brings extensive global experience in strategy, innovation, and business development. Under his leadership, were transforming how we pursue work and reshaping our Pre Contracts function. We are focusing on strengthening our systems, redefining how we operate, and building the strategic capability needed to scale with confidence and win in a competitive market.How youll make an impactThis is a key leadership opportunity, reporting directly to Marshall, where youll help shape the future of our pre-contracts function and drive strategic change across how we pursue work. Youll lead the submissions function and work closely with our leadership team to position Abergeldie for major pursuits, guiding us through a time of transformation and growth.Youll help shape how we approach strategic pursuits, from developing campaign plans and positioning strategies to creating scalable systems, templates and content libraries that give us the structure, speed and competitive advantage to succeed. What matters most is the impact you can make on the continued success and growth of the company.What youll bring to the teamExtensive experience leading end-to-end submissions processes and high performing teams, from early positioning through to final delivery, with a proven ability to produce compelling, high-quality submissions that clearly articulate the organisations unique value proposition and translate strategy into winning submissions.Experience within the infrastructure or built environment sectors, supported by a background in marketing, communications, journalism or a related field.A strategic mindset and the ability to create scalable systems, tools and processes that embed best practice, drive consistency and enable continuous improvement.Strong writing and storytelling skills, with a knack for simplifying complex ideas and collaborating with subject matter experts to craft clear, persuasive proposals.A proactive, solutions-focused approach.
