Job DescriptionJob Title: Calibration EngineerContract: Up to 31-Mar-2026 (11-12 Months)Location: Telford, UKWe have a position available in our Telford Service Centre for an experienced Calibration Engineer. This role involves calibration, validation, and repair of electrical/electronic test instruments and mechanical torque tools to maintain their functionality and accuracy.Job ResponsibilitiesTest, calibrate/validate, and repair electrical/electronic, mechanical/dimensional, or analytical test instruments, products, and modules to ensure accuracy and functionality. Service is performed on Keysight products and/or products manufactured by other companies.Perform work primarily at a client site, with occasional work at customer locations.Execute routine tasks using prescribed procedures and technical judgment.Resolve a broad range of technical problems of varying scope and complexity.Address test and calibration issues requiring deep technical knowledge.Understand customer requirements through face-to-face and written communication.Travel to customer sites for calibration (on-site).RequirementsRelevant education and technical knowledge in the sector and role.Certifications as an electronic/electrical technician with relevant calibration experience.IT knowledge (Windows, Office).Good communication skills in English (both written and spoken).Confidence in answering customer questions.Ability to recognize and proactively solve problems.Ability to work independently with a proactive attitude.Ability to obtain UK security clearance. #J-18808-Ljbffr
