Job Opportunity: Senior Estimator in Landscape Construction The Company I have partnered with an established Landscape contractor known for their sustainability, innovation, and bespoke civil/structural projects. Their primary scope includes wetlands, landscaping, hardscapes, and public infrastructure projects. The Senior Estimator will lead project bids, working closely with the Director and Business Development Manager to secure projects in both existing and new market segments. What You Need to Be a Strong Applicant Proven experience as an Estimator specializing in Landscape construction (minimum 5 years) Strong knowledge of construction materials (concrete and steel), methods, and cost estimation principles Proficiency in estimation software (e.g., CostX, Benchmark, Bluebeam) and advanced Excel skills Experience pricing from first principles, including breaking down costs and labor Excellent numerical and analytical skills with keen attention to detail Leadership experience is highly valued, with oversight of at least one other estimator Benefits Generous leave entitlements Work-from-home flexibility after probation Opportunity to work with a team committed to sustainability This is a live opportunity with interviews available as early as this week.
