This full-time position is based in Bayswater North and you will be responsible ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.What you''ll be doing:Manage all aspects of civil road construction projects, including planning, scheduling, budgeting and stakeholder managementOversee the coordination of contractors, suppliers and internal teams to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget and to the highest quality standardsIdentify and mitigate potential risks, implementing effective strategies to minimise disruptions and ensure successful project outcomesMaintain clear communication with clients, reporting on project progress and addressing any issues or concernsContribute to the continuous improvement of our project management processes and proceduresMonitor project financials, including budget tracking, forecasting, and reporting.Ensure all work is conducted in compliance with safety regulations and company policies, promoting a safe working environment.What We''re Looking ForExperience as a Project Manager in the civil construction industry, with a focus on road projectsProven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneouslyExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with clients, contractors, and internal teamsStrong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to think critically and find innovative solutionsValid Victorian Drivers LicenceRed/White Construction CardIntermediate to advanced excel skills (for Project Management and Costing)Proven track record of successfully delivering complex civil road construction projectsWhat We OfferWe are committed to providing our employees with a supportive and rewarding work environment.
