About the Role PICA Group is seeking a Strata Manager to join our National Relief Strata Team. This unique and varied role involves supporting a range of branches and customers. You will be responsible for providing support and coverage when existing strata managers take leave or during vacancies, maintaining productive relationships, and ensuring excellent service. The role offers flexibility, with the potential to work remotely in regional areas or from one of our branch locations. It also involves reduced after-hours meetings due to the nature of the role. Key Responsibilities Maintain a portfolio of buildings, build relationships, and act as a trusted strata advisor. Facilitate and attend AGM and other meetings, providing advice as needed. Prepare budgets, agendas, and minutes with support from other departments. Interpret legislation and assist in enforcing by-laws. Maintain insurance, coordinate repairs and maintenance, and ensure building compliance. Complete tasks within the strata operations workflow effectively. Utilise systems and databases to manage documentation. Access administrative support from an assistant. About You Minimum of 2 years experience as a Strata Manager, with knowledge of relevant legislation and the ability to communicate it effectively. Strong relationship-building skills, with a passion for working with clients and problem-solving. Team-oriented with a collaborative mindset.
