With a UK parent company that is Private Equity backed, the plan is to triple the size of the business.Want to know more about us visit our website www.citationgroup.com.auWhat will you be responsible for?This role sits as part of our Certification team and reports to our NDIS Manager.A Typical Day In This Role Will IncludeSchedule, plan, and execute Lead Auditor activitiesAudit clients against the NDIS Practice Standards with competence, impartiality and accuracyAssist with aspects of NDIS Pillar certification Technical Review processesAchieve monthly and quarterly certification and auditing targets, as set by managementProactively manage tasks and assist on company objectivesAssist with ad-hoc NDIS Pillar and company-wide projectsProvide an ad-hoc backup for selected NDIS Pillar Technical Review processesAssist with training and development of new auditors, as requiredWhat we are looking for?Were on the hunt for individuals with a natural flair for collaboration and communication, passionate and resilient and who bring a positive attitude to work each day.We are looking for the following:Lead Auditor Qualifications Quality Management (9001)NDIS Commission AQA trainingKnowledge and understanding of the NDIS industry and/or persons with a disabilityPrevious external auditing experienceHigh attention to detail and strong critical thinking skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsPrevious experience in writing and analysing business reports for compliance purposesProven ability to build positive and professional relationships with our clientsGenuine interest in building the development of skills and experience in the NDIS auditing spaceNext steps?Hit the Apply button with your updated CV.Applicants from recruitment agencies will not be considered.
